Live Dwell was born from my love of turning houses into homes and a desire to make home staging accessible to every home seller, at EVERY price point.
HGTV has changed the game. Viewers are used to seeing home professionals prep beautifully furnished homes for sale. This has raised buyers expectations when they start their home buying journey. The most nicely staged homes are the ones they go see first.

If you'd like assistance implementing the action plan, we will re-arrange your current furniture and decor and also supplement with items from our inventory to showcase your property to it's highest and best use.

Vacant Staging
We love working with a blank canvas! We will stage your property from top to bottom and arrange furniture and decor to create a warm and welcoming feeling so that your house feels like a home to potential buyers.
